You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to grant this license.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall our liability to you for any reason exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using Sciense during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sciense Corp with respect to your use of Sciense and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Sciense Corp. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
