The Emergence project was conceived by specialist doctors in training who recognized that academic and medical research is often imperiled by secondary concerns, such as conflicts of authorship, lack of support, insularity, and lack of transparency. Designed to meet a growing need in the medical field, this platform is committed to supporting and promoting ethical, rigorous, and transparent scientific research, with a primary focus on emergency medicine and critical care.
Emergence, rooted in the European medical community, aims to facilitate interprofessional synergy. It provides doctors, whether at the beginning of their careers or with established experience, the opportunity to initiate or join clinical studies of paramount importance for medical progress. This platform allows you to align with projects that match your area of expertise, your scientific interests, and your unique skills.
Integrity is at the core of our commitments. By adopting a transparent structure and process from the outset, we ensure the prevention of recurring issues in clinical research, especially concerning authorship, protocol acquisition, or academic conflicts. For specialist doctors in training, Emergence guarantees professional recognition and safeguards your contributions and interests.
Moreover, Emergence commits to providing methodological, statistical, and administrative assistance. Our primary goal is to simplify every inherent step of clinical research, allowing healthcare professionals to fully devote themselves to the design, execution, and dissemination of clinically relevant research to the broader medical community.
We invite you to join this ambitious initiative. Emergence seeks to redefine the trajectory of medical research. Your participation is crucial to effecting significant change.
Behind every initiative lies a team of dedicated professionals. We introduce to you here the members who have crafted and continue to guide the vision of Emergence:
